It's some animation thing.  This guy calls another guy at 3 in the morning and plays some weird beep song.  He says something of, "I'm sorry for waking you.  It is important that I play you this. *whispers* the cops are watching me."  Then he pushes some buttons and it's a weird little song :3  Then he starts singing.  "I'm so rich!  I have won the lotteryyyyyyyy!  somethingsomething  then something about a sports car and it being the fastest sports car ever."  Meanwhile, he's still playing the beeping song thing and the other guy is like, 'wtf?' and all sleep deprived confused.  Then the prank caller randomly said, "you're mom's fat!" and hangs up.

Yeah.
I can't make this crap up.
